Privacy is the current buzzword after the Facebook & Cambridge Analytical saga so her’s a tip for improving your privacy in Internet Explorer.

InPrivate Browsing
To open an InPrivate Tab within IE press Ctrl+Shift+P.  You will get this message –

InPrivate Browsing helps prevent Internet Explorer from storing data about your browsing session. This includes cookies, temporary Internet files, history, and other data. Toolbars and extensions are disabled by default. See Help for more information.

When you close the session your search history, passwords, page history will all be forgotten.
